My psoriasis diet for today – episode 5
So today i started my day with some warm water mixed with lemon juice. I developed this habit – to drink a glass of warm water with lemon in the morning and i noticed good things on health.
It is a known fact that lemon after getting inside your system, has an alkalizing effect.It also makes the bloated stomach sensation disappear.
I had some cheese puffs at breakfast, which i don’t think were good for psoriasis, but there were left from the day before from the women’s day celebration 😀
At lunch i had some beef with some salad with onions, tomatoes and cucumber. I also had some mash potatoes and green beans.
At around 4 a clock i had a protein bar and in the evening i had some chicken .
I did also some gym training and now, before sleep i will have some water with lemon.
